Almond Toffee Popcorn recipe

List of Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar.
½ cup of butter.
½ cup of white corn syrup.
¼ cup of water.
1 cup of toasted almonds, chopped.
½ teaspoon of vanilla.
½ cup of popcorn, popped.

Preparation Method:

In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, corn syrup, water and almonds.

Cook over a moderate heat to 280°F on a candy thermometer.

Add the vanilla.

Stir well and pour over the popped corn.
