Butterscotch Popcorn recipe

List of Ingredients:

12 cups of popcorn, opped.
12 oz of cocktail peanuts.
12 oz of butterscotch morsels.
1 cup of corn syrup.
¼ cup of butter.

Preparation Method:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Place the popcorn and peanuts in greased large roasting pan, then set aside.

In a heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine the butterscotch morsels, corn syrup and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils.

Pour the butterscotch mixture over the popcorn, then stir to coat.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.

Remove from oven and stir about every 10 minutes until slightly cooled.

Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
