Caramel Popcorn recipe

List of Ingredients:

5 quarts of popcorn.
2 cups of brown sugar.
1 cup of butter.
½ cup of light corn syrup.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Preparation Method:

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

Mix together the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Heat to boiling, then boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the baking soda and vanilla, then stir until the mixture puffs up and turns to caramel color.

Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn.

Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Spread out on wax paper.
