Honey Crunch Popcorn recipe
List of Ingredients:
12 cups of popped popcorn.
½ cup of chopped pecans.
½ cup of firmly packed brown sugar.
½ cup of honey.
Preparation Method:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Spray a large nonstick sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn and chopped pecans; mix lightly. Set aside.
In small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat just until brown sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Pour the sugar/honey mixture over the popcorn mixture; toss lightly to coat evenly.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring half-way through.
Spray a large sheet of waxed paper with nonstick cooking spray.
Transfer popcorn to prepared waxed paper to cool.
Store in airtight containers.
