Nacho Popcorn recipe

List of Ingredients:

3 quarts of popcorn, popped.
2 cups of corn chips.
¼ cup of butter (or margarine).
1 ½ teaspoons of Mexican Seasoning.
¾ cup of cheese, shredded.

Preparation Method:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Spread out the popcorn and corn chips in a shallow baking pan lined with foil.

In a small pan, melt the butter (or margarine).

Stir in the Mexican seasoning.

Pour over the popcorn mixture; toss.

Sprinkle with cheese and toss to mix.

Bake for about 6 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Serve immediately.
